Maritime Education and Human Resources Center ( UT-STC) located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam offers suitable solutions for this demand.

Through practical training, development of skills and improving of competencies, the Center is a hot point to crew manning, supply and export of seafarers to international ship owners and especially to European fleets.

The Center UT-STC is a joint venture between Vietnam and The Netherlands, between the University of Transport in HCMC and the STC-Group in Rotterdam.

UT-STC provides well-trained and experienced maritime seafarers for vessels all over the world. Through practical training, development of skills and improving of competencies, the Center is a hot point for maritime students, seafarers and shipping companies. We act as a representative office for international shipowners and especially European fleets.

The UT HCMC has a well known maritime education faculty, delivering over 500 maritime officers annually.	UT-STC has the point of view that seafarers are only trained well when sufficient competencies have been acquired for the particular function; in other words, when seafarers have the right combination of knowledge, skills and required behaviour.  UT-STC provides professional training and courses for young people and adults who either want to work or who already work in the dynamic world of shipping and transport, thus delivering well-trained and experienced maritime seafarers for vessels all over the world
